Refund and Returns Policy

Our Standard Refund Policy

   Refund Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all refunds.

   Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and personalised items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.

   Refund Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@myshop2buy.com.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

   Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund after the specified processing time, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
